Course Description
At The Belfry golfers will relish the challenge of the three 18 hole parkland courses including the PGA National, the renowned Brabazon and the Derby. There's also a new Golf Academy for improving your game.
The PGA National which opened in 1997, features extensive mounding and a number of water hazards which come into play on eight holes. However, it is the cunningly placed bunkers which are the courses' main defence. Over all it is a challenging, yet thoroughly enjoyable, 6153 yard, par 72 course.
The 6393 yard, par 72 Brabazon is a venue of the Ryder Cup, originally built in the 1970s by the international golf architect Dave Thomas. Its legend and design have grown from there. You can sense the atmosphere as you pass the European and the American team rooms. The Derby course complements the two championship courses as a shorter 6057 yard, par 69 course and offers a challenge for all levels of player.
