Course Description There can be few golfers who don't dream of playing St. Andrews 'The Home of Golf'. The Old Course Hotel is situated alongside the 17th Road hole, where dramatic scenes down the years have sealed the destiny of so many Open Championships. The Old Course will plays host to the Dunhill Links Championship. The Duke's Course with its beautifully sculpted holes laid open to pitch and run and each exploiting the natural features of its stunning parkland setting.

The Duke's Course is the perfect complement to the St. Andrews links courses...The Old Course - where golf was first played around 1400 AD is renowned worldwide as 'The Home of Golf'. The Old Course has played host to the greatest golfers in the world and many of golf's most dramatic moments. The course is an average of 6,566 yards from the medal tees. The Burnside Course should not be simply thought of as a warm-up round before playing the Championship course, it is not a layout for beginners. With 18 holes, this links course has a par of 68 and a yardage of 5,478. It is certainly much shorter than its prestigious older companion, but does have enough difficulties for it to hold its head high. The New Course was opened in 1895, and laid out by Old Tom Morris, this course is 6,604 yards from the medal tees. The Jubilee Course first opened in 1897, the championship Jubilee Course is 6805 yards from the medal tees. A shorter version of the Jubilee Course is available for winter play. Known as the Bronze Course, it measures 5,674 yards and has a par of 69. The Eden Course opened in 1914, the Eden is 6,195 yards from the medal tees. The Strathtyrum Course is an 18 hole par 69, 5,620 yard course that offers a shorter, less testing layout. The Balgove Course has now been upgraded and its 9 holes measure 1,530 yards.
