Spa and Wellness Programme Terms and Conditions
- The Priority Traveller membership card is not transferable.
- It is not a credit card, nor proof of creditworthiness.
- In order to benefit from membership, you must be:
a) in possession of a valid Priority Traveller membership card.
b) pay for goods or services by cash, cheque or credit card at the time of purchase, unless specifically stated otherwise.
c) observe any conditions listed in the directory or displayed by the establishment of service, including codes of dress. - Your Priority Traveller card should be presented on arrival, before payment and before the receipt or bill is produced.
- All participating Spas, Wellness Centres, Health Clubs and Fitness Centres (hereon known as "Clubs") are owned and operated by third party organisations. The member and any participating guests must abide by the rules and policies of each participating establishment. Priority Traveller has no control over the facilities offered, the opening/closing times or the personnel employed by the "Clubs". Priority Traveller does not warrant nor guarantee in any way that said benefits and facilities will be available at the time of the member’s visit. Neither is Priority Traveller liable for any loss to the member, or any accompanying guests, arising from the provision or non-provision (whether in whole or part) of any of the advertised benefits or facilities.
- Priority Traveller cannot be held responsible for disputes that may occur between the member and an establishment or service, although every endeavour is made to ensure that information is correct.
- Your membership card remains the property of Priority Traveller and must be surrendered on demand in any case of use or attempted use contrary to these terms and conditions.
- Establishments listed on this website have signed agreements with Priority Traveller to grant the stated concessions to holders of valid Priority Traveller cards. Any instance where the card is not honoured should be reported to Priority Traveller, together with full details. However, Priority Traveller cannot be held responsible if establishments refuse entry, are taken over, or cease trading, nor for any defects in goods or services.
- Some facilities offered as part of Priority Traveller services are provided by contractors over whom Priority Traveller has no control. Priority Traveller will endeavour to ensure the benefits are upheld, but cannot guarantee the facilities will be available.
- The Management of the Clubs listed on this website reserve their usual right to refuse admission to Priority Traveller members and members of the public.
- Entrance fees where applicable are payable per person.
- Priority Traveller cannot accept responsibility for errors, omissions or misrepresentations which may occur.
- The renewal of membership shall be at the option of Priority Traveller in their sole discretion.
- Priority Traveller reserve the right to cancel a membership at any time.
- A member may resign his membership at any time by letter addressed to Priority Traveller but shall be liable for his subscription for the year during which he resigns. If resignation is made after the renewal date, no refund will be applicable.
