Golf Terms and Conditions


  1. The Priority Traveller membership card is not transferable and is only valid when signed by its member.
  2. The Priority Traveller membership card is neither a credit card, nor proof of creditworthiness.
  3. The Club agrees to extend all privileges and services to Priority Traveller members and their guests provided that:
    a) Priority Traveller members identify themselves at time of reservation and produce, upon request, a valid membership card
    b) Priority Traveller members and their guests comply with all Club rules including code of dress
    c) Priority Traveller members pay for goods and services with cash, credit card or cheque at time of purchase. Green fees and any other costs incurred by the member and their guest(s) are payable by the member and their guest(s).
    d) Priority Traveller members and guests play in the same pairing
  4. The Club’s right of refusal remains unaltered.
  5. The Priority Traveller membership card should be presented on arrival, before payment and before the receipt or bill is produced.
  6. Discounts are only applicable on full green fee rates. Discounts cannot be applied in addition to other special rates (such as member’s guest rate) at any club. Please note that while every endeavour is made to keep the information up to date, Green Fees are subject to change. You are advised to confirm the Green Fees at time of reservation.
  7. The Priority Traveller card cannot be used in conjunction with any other external Green Fee discount promotion.
  8. Priority Traveller cannot be held responsible for disputes that may occur between the member and an establishment or service organisation, nor for any defects in good or services.
  9. Golf tee times are always subject to availability. A cancellation fee may be applied if cancelling within 12 hours of booked tee time (cancellation policies may vary dependent on Golf Club, please check at time of reservation).
  10. Priority Traveller members must abide by any cancellation policy indicated by the Golf Club or Resort. Priority Traveller members are reminded they may be liable for a loss of deposit or payment of a no-show charge in the event of cancellation after the specified deadline.
  11. Clubs may require a handicap and request a certificate to which Priority Traveller members must adhere.
  12. All participating clubs are owned and operated by third party organisations. The member and any participating guests must abide by the rules and policies of each participating club. Priority Traveller has no control over the facilities offered, the opening/closing times or the personnel employed by the clubs. Priority Traveller does not warrant nor guarantee in any way that said benefits and facilities will be available at the time of the member’s visit. Neither is Priority Traveller liable for any loss to the member, or any accompanying guests, arising from the provision or non-provision (whether in whole or part) of any of the advertised benefits or facilities.
  13. Your membership card remains the property of Priority Traveller and must be surrendered on demand in any case of use or attempted use contrary to these terms and conditions.
  14. Establishments listed on this web site have signed agreements with Priority Traveller to grant the stated concessions to holders of valid Priority Traveller cards. Any instance where the card is not honoured should be reported to Priority Traveller , together with full details. However, Priority Traveller cannot be held responsible if establishments refuse entry, are taken over, or cease trading, nor for any defects in goods or services.
  15. Some facilities offered as part of Priority Traveller services are provided by contractors over whom Priority Traveller has no control. Priority Traveller will endeavour to ensure the benefits are upheld, but cannot guarantee the facilities will be available.
  16. Priority Traveller cannot accept responsibility for errors, omissions or misrepresentations which may occur.
  17. The renewal of membership shall be at the option of Priority Traveller in their sole discretion.
  18. Priority Traveller reserve the right to cancel a membership at any time.
  19. A member may resign his membership at any time by letter addressed to the Club but shall be liable for his subscription for the year during which he resigns. If resignation is made after the renewal date, no refund will be applicable.
